Barefoot Stretch Massage is a class training offered by The Barefoot Master®. It is a thai-like stretching combined with facilitated stretching. Of course, each has shown fabulous results for years. Although the stretches have eastern roots, it is primarily western-based. For balance, we use a chair or Ashiatsu Floor Bars. There is no need for prior experience. Imagine, not kneeling or struggling to stretch clients. Barefoot Stretching is an effortless bodywork!
Furthermore, the technique is excellent to add to your current menu of services. Also, it can be added to your Ashiatsu and Thai massage protocol. Or use it as a stand-alone service. Plus, clients can stay fully dressed while you work your magic. The seminar is a complete sequence of stretches. Also, it uses compression work designed to help relieve pain!

What you need to bring to class:
First, bring one-sheet and one-face cradle cover.
Second, either come with pedicured feet or wear socks.
Thirdly, for the therapists, comfort wears loose clothing. And, Yoga capris or pants work best; if you wear yoga pants, we’ll roll the pant legs up to the knee. In addition, men find basketball shorts or sweatpants to be most appropriate. Also, the student needs to please bring flavored drinks and snacks. As we only provide water. During class, we will break for a short lunch.

You do not have to have a lot of upper body strength to perform Barefoot Stretch Massage Training Class. Furthermore, there are no height or weight restrictions. In class we provide chairs or Ashiatsu Floor Bars when available.
