It is applied while client reclines on mat fully dressed. The massage therapist sits on a chair while providing a deep tissue sports massage.  Fijian massage training uses mostly one-foot that kneads all the muscles, relieving tension and pain. It does not use oils or lotions. This barefoot massage technique is easy to learn. It’s a great fit for outdoor events and mobile massage.
